I understand that I will receive a notice of a pending club shipment 2-3 weeks prior to allow me time to select my preferred wine and spirits. If I do not respond, I agree to accept the default wines and/or spirits selected by the winemaker. 

I certify that I am the recipient of this club membership and I am at least 21 years old

I agree that I will accept my Platinum Membership shipments in accordance with the club schedule

I may cancel my membership after I have received at least two shipments provided that I notify Roza Estates in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled shipment.  

I understand that shipments not picked up within 90 days of invoice date will be donated to charity

I hereby authorize Roza Estates to charge my credit card1-2 weeks prior to my shipment.

I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my shipment is undeliverable due to outdated or inaccurate information.

I understand that we are able to ship spirits in Washington State only. If I live in another state, I will receive six bottles of wine.
